Are you ready to start living a zero-waste lifestyle—and help others do the same? The Eco Box Care Package Event is a fun, rewarding, and eco-conscious team experience that combines interactive challenges with real-world impact. Participants will work together to earn supplies through photo, video, and trivia challenges on BridgeTheApp™, then assemble care packages filled with sustainable, reusable items that reduce waste and promote everyday eco-friendly living. Each Eco Box features thoughtful products such as reusable produce bags, bamboo utensil sets, stainless steel straws, bamboo toothbrushes, and more. With optional add-ons like colorful planters or customized seed packets, teams can personalize their packages while learning how small choices create big change. The event concludes with a donation to a local partner, leaving your group inspired, connected, and proud of their collective impact.

Event Flow:

  1. Welcome & Icebreakers
    • Facilitator introduces the theme of zero-waste living and meaningful giving.
    • Engaging icebreaker activities energize participants and set the collaborative tone.
    • BridgeTheApp™ tutorial explains how to earn supplies through fun challenges.
  2. Team Division & Eco Challenges
    • Participants are divided into “packs” (teams).
    • Teams compete in trivia, photo, and video challenges hosted on iPads®.
    • Success earns them essential eco-friendly products to build their Eco Boxes.
  3. Eco Box Assembly & Creative Add-Ons
    • Teams assemble their care packages with reusable, landfill-reducing items.
    • Optional enhancements include:
    – Colorful Planter
    – Artsy Recycle Bin
    – Customized Seed Packet
    – Autographed Garden Gloves
    – Recycle Reminder Painted Canvas
    • Boxes are decorated and personalized to add heartfelt touches.
  4. Showcase & Reflection
    • Completed Eco Boxes are stacked together for a celebratory group photo.
    • Teams share quick reflections about the products, creativity, and eco impact.
    • Optional peer voting or recognition for “Most Eco-Creative Box” or “Greenest Team Spirit.”
  5. Donation & Impact
    • Eco Boxes are presented to a representative from the chosen charity or recipient organization.
    • A heartfelt thanks is shared to acknowledge the team’s impact.
    • Event wraps up with a celebration of collective action, sustainable living, and lasting change.
