Event Flow:

1. Welcome to the Ballpark
   • The event kicks off with upbeat stadium music and a warm introduction from the facilitator.
   • Participants are divided into teams, receive color-coded baseball caps (their “uniforms”), and learn the day’s game plan.
   • Energy builds as teams get ready for a mix of physical and creative challenges inspired by America’s favorite pastime.
2. The Warm-Up Challenge
   • Teams jump into baseball-themed trivia, photo, and video challenges using BridgeTheApp™, our interactive game platform.
   • Each task helps teams earn “runs” (points) toward securing their ingredients for the cookout portion.
   • Challenges test communication, creativity, and a little bit of sports savvy.
3. Team Anthem & Spirit Round
   • Every team creates its own baseball anthem, cheer, or chant to perform during the “Seventh Inning Stretch.”
   • Extra points are awarded for creativity, teamwork, and performance flair—because every great game needs great fans!
4. The Ingredient Draft
   • After scores are tallied, teams are ranked and called to the Grand Stand in order of their performance.
   • Each team selects their main ingredient—beef, chicken, pork, or tofu—along with bread, toppings, and side ingredients for their culinary creations.
   • Strategy meets creativity as teams plan their ultimate slider, hot, or brat dish.
5. The Cookout Competition
   • Teams grill and build their dishes on-site, crafting flavorful sliders, hots, or brats with homemade sauces, cheeses, and veggies.
   • In addition to the main dish, teams prepare a signature side or salad to complete their plate.
   • Collaboration and timing are key as the heat rises and the clock ticks down.
6. Judging & Awards Ceremony
   • The “umpires” (facilitators or judges) score each team on taste, presentation, creativity, and teamwork.
   • Awards may include:
