Out of Office Games is the ultimate blend of PTO (Paid Time Off) relaxation and OOO (Out of Office) adventure—where friendly competition meets team connection. Equal parts energizing and laid-back, this professionally facilitated experience takes teams through a series of casual, yet engaging challenges designed to test minds, bodies, and collaborative skills. From quick-thinking trivia to active outdoor games, every mission is powered by our proprietary BridgeTheApp™ platform, keeping the action fresh, the laughs flowing, and the teamwork strong. Whether strategizing over a mental puzzle or sprinting to complete a physical task, participants earn points toward the coveted Out of Office Games grand prize—all while enjoying a refreshing break from the daily grind.

 

Event Flow:

  1. Welcome & Icebreaker
  • Guests are greeted by our facilitator with upbeat music and an introduction to the day’s blend of relaxation and friendly competition.
  • Teams are formed and captains chosen through a lighthearted, energizing icebreaker that gets both brains and bodies warmed up.
  • A quick rundown sets the stage, highlighting the balance of physical and mental challenges to come.
  1. BridgeTheApp™ Challenge Kickoff
  • iPads® are distributed, and teams receive a short “training session” on using BridgeTheApp™, our icon-driven, race-style platform.
  • Challenges are revealed in The Amazing Race–style clues, incorporating trivia, photo, video, GPS, and social media tasks.
  • Teams strategize by assigning roles based on strengths, aiming to maximize points across different challenge types.
  1. Physical Challenge Stations
  • Teams rotate through action-based activities such as:
    • Tire Toss
    • Tire Jumping
    • Frisbee Golf
    • Soldier Crawl
  • Each station offers a chance to rack up points while building camaraderie through shared effort.
  1. Mental & Strategy Challenge Stations
  • Teams tackle skill-based, low-impact games that require quick thinking and teamwork, such as:
    • iPad Trivia & Challenges
    • Giant Connect Four
    • Giant Jenga
    • Ladderball
    • Cornhole
    • Magic Checkers
  • These “open bar–style” games encourage collaboration in a more relaxed setting.
  1. Surprise Detours & Bonus Missions
  • Along the way, teams face unexpected twists—detours that require completing special challenges to unlock the next clue.
  • Facilitators at “mission control” monitor progress in real time, occasionally adding virtual obstacles to keep teams on their toes.
  1. Scoring, Awards & Celebration
  • Points from all stations are tallied, and awards are presented for categories like:
    • Overall Out of Office Champion
    • Best Team Strategy
    • Most Creative Challenge Submission
  • A celebratory group toast or photo closes out the day, leaving teams energized, connected, and ready to return to work with fresh motivation.
