This lively culinary and wine-themed experience transforms teams into “wineries,” each tasked with crafting mouthwatering small plates and pairing them with the perfect wine selection. Guided by BridgeTheApp™, teams complete interactive trivia, photo, and video challenges to earn points and unlock visits to the “bodega,” where they’ll choose their featured varietal. From cooking and branding to marketing and presentation, this event blends culinary artistry with spirited teamwork—making it the perfect recipe for connection, laughter, and a taste of sophistication.

Event Flow:

1. Welcome & Icebreaker
   • Guests are welcomed with upbeat music and a quick introduction to the world of tapas and wine.
   • A fun, themed icebreaker kicks things off, setting the tone for an afternoon (or evening) of creativity and connection.
   • Teams are randomly formed by the facilitator and transformed into their own unique “wineries.”
2. BridgeTheApp™ Challenge Brief
   • Each winery receives an Apple® iPad® loaded with BridgeTheApp™, our interactive team game platform.
   • The facilitator introduces the competition’s phases: challenges, ingredient earning, and tasting.
   • Teams earn points through engaging trivia, photo, and video challenges to unlock their trip to the “bodega” wine store.
3. Wine Selection & Brand Creation
   • Once enough points are earned, teams visit the “bodega” to select the wine varietal that best complements their tapas concept.
   • Wineries create their own brand identity—complete with a name, logo, and marketing campaign.
   • Creativity shines as teams prepare short, public presentations or “pitches” to introduce their winery and pairing to the group.
4. Tapas Creation Challenge
   • Teams are provided with ingredients, tools, and a general dish description—but no recipes!
   • Collaboration and improvisation are key as wineries prepare their small plates to perfectly pair with their chosen wine.
   • BridgeTheApp™ may throw in surprise “chef challenges” or bonus trivia rounds to keep the competition spicy.
5. Presentation & Pairing
   • Each team unveils their finished tapas and wine pairing to the judges (or peers).
   • Presentations are lighthearted and creative, with the option to include jingles, skits, or dramatic storytelling.
   • Facilitators capture the fun with team photos and videos for a keepsake highlight reel.
6. Judging & Awards
   • Medals are awarded based on creativity, teamwork, presentation, and taste.
   • Categories may include:
   – Best Overall Winery
   – Most Delicious Tapas
   – Best Wine Pairing
   – Most Entertaining Presentation
   • The event culminates in a “progressive tasting,” where participants visit each winery to sample creations and celebrate together.
